Willy visited Old Town in Fort Collins, CO this February. Willy visited at a good time when he hoped to see lots of people, but unfortunately it was SO cold not many people were around. That’s okay, as Willy did get a few pictures out of it and brought a lot of smiles to people’s faces inside the windows.
